Refund Policy

Can I get a refund?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after the inspection. If your order has not been shipped and you want a refund, you can cancel your order from your order confirmation page or simply email: dripglosssorders@gmail.com.

When will I get my refund?
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns.

When will my order ship?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed for shipping.

How long will it take to get my order?
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand that delivery times may vary depending on your location. The USPS site does not guarantee 7-10 days for domestic shipping, and international shipping may take longer.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only make shipments to Canada, but we are working to broaden our reach.

Orders, Tracking, and Confirmation Policy

I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my order.
Please ensure you enter your contact information correctly when you checkout so that you receive a confirmation email or text for your order. This will also allow us to contact you if there is an issue with your order.

Making orders
It is crucial to provide your correct shipping address, phone number, name, and any other relevant information for your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to make changes to this information. It is your responsibility to input the correct information.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your order.

Can I make changes to my order or shipping information?
